Enjoy the updated chef's kitchen with upscale appliances, a large center island stovetop, and breakfast bar seating. The living area includes a kid's section with a book nook, child-size cushion seats, and a variety of toys and games to keep the little ones happy. The primary suite features vaulted ceilings and deck access, providing a serene space to unwind after exploring the city. This stocked vacation rental provides adult bikes, beach gear, a full crib, and a Pack-N-Play for convenience. With amenities like a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a fire pit, every detail has been considered to ensure a comfortable stay. This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood that isn't suited for parties or loud noise. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and guests will be asked to leave without refund for violating these policies. Please note that the lower lot, that is not part of the main property, is currently undergoing a construction project. The work is typically Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. While the home itself remains a peaceful retreat, some daytime noise may be audible. We want to ensure you're fully informed and can plan accordingly.
