The bedroom breakdown is as follows: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Common areas: Couch, Twin Floor Mattress Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers both privacy and convenience. Inside, you’ll find a clean, airy space with an open-concept layout that makes it easy to relax and reconnect. The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen. We’ve also included a twin floor mattress and a Pack ‘n Play travel crib to accommodate families or extra guests comfortably. Spend your afternoons lounging in the sun, rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a surf session, or grilling dinner on the BBQ before gathering in the backyard. With two patios, fruit trees, and space to unwind, the outdoor areas are just as inviting as the inside. Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do provide fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows & doors, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Encinitas! Please note that during high fire season (spring and summer) we do not have the fire pit available for use.
