The place was clean, the kitchen well supplied, beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice walk to the beach along the bay. Pretty much everything you need within walking distance which is a huge advantage. We had a great time and accomplished our work objectives as well.

This was our first experience renting a condo via Airbnb and we were very impressed at how smooth the process was. We travel to SD often and usually stay in a hotel, but wanted something more spacious for this trip. From the start, our host (Ariel) answered our questions in a timely manner and made us feel comfortable about our stay. The condo was centrally located, very clean, spacious, and within walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and a couple of restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area with our children in the evening. Although there were two parking spaces available in the garage, they were pretty narrow so we opted to park our minivan on the street. The WiFi was a little spotty, but Ariel helped us troubleshoot. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again.

Ariel’s Crown Point property was a great space for us to explore San Diego (and work remotely) for the week. It was just a couple of blocks to Mission Bay, which made for beautiful morning walks, and not far from the beauty of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. The space was clean and offered us everything we needed for the week. The off street garage parking and small deck were appreciated. Ariel was very responsive to our updates—the one time we encountered a minor issue (dead battery in one of the keyless locks), it was addressed within an hour even though it was late in the evening.

We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds, linens and pillows were the best we’ve ever slept on in an Airbnb. The kids loved the sand toys and boogie boards that were available for us to use. We would definitely stay again.

Ariel has a lovely place! We were very comfortable there and loved being able to spread out. If I ever get back to Pacific Beach I’ll stay there again.
